    Scott,  Firefox still wouldn't download them this morning, but I was able to download the Config webinar --but not Troubleshooting, it stopped at 49%-- this morning with IE, and downloaded Troubles...

    Config and Troubleshooting won't download.  My download manager says the source file can't be read.  On subsequent tries, the download webpage happily says "The recording file is ready for download...
