how to change frequency of operation from ansi to etsi

I have complete trangolink giga 18. I made a communication between the two IDU-s, but only with the ANSI standard frequency of operation. Is it possible for a software change to ETSI standard (with which command), or is it a problem on hardware.

Unfortunately on the Giga (not GigaPlus) there are hardware differences in the ODU's between ANSI and ETSI. It may only run on the frequencies specified in the manual.

There is more flexibility with the HP series ODUs that are supported on ApexPlus and GigaPlus.
