Convert MU to RU

If you have a link-10 MU, is there a way to convert it to a link-10 RU?

  Unfortunately it is not possible to change the role in the field. It may be possible if sent in to convert it, but for the cost it would probably make more sense to switch to TL45 or upgrade an existing TL45 installation to StrataLINK 24 and redeploy the TL45.
